01 Q. My photo is important to me, is there any risk
to the original photo?
NO, All of the work done to your photo is done digitally in a computer;
the photo is scanned and then corrected. Your original photo remains in
its original state. Our Shipping is handled through Priority Mail. At
Retouch My Photo, we know how much your treasured photos mean to you.
02 Q. How will I know how much my picture will cost?
You can look at the price list to determine an average price for
the damage on your picture. Every photo is different and requires different
attention so the price may vary. We provide free estimates and you will
know the complete price before any work starts on you photo. You will
be contacted with the actual cost before the work begins. ALL services

03 Q. How will I get an estimate?
After a careful inspection of you image we will email you with a
firm price. Only after we have an ok from you will work start on the project.
04 Q. What is the best way to send my photo?
The fastest way to get your photo to us is to email it HERE. If you
do not have a scanner you can take your photo to a copy center like Kinko's
or another photo lab where they can scan it for you and place it on a
CD. If you have very large image files or your have problems sending your
image via e-mail, we recommend a free service called www.sendthisfile.com
that specialists in sending large files over the internet. The service
is free - all you have to do is sign up and send your file.
05 Q. Can I send the photo instead of a scanned
file?
Yes you can send the original photo to us in the mail. However, the
turnaround time for images sent through the mail can be 2 weeks instead
of a few days with an electronic file. (Our address click here)
06 Q. What file type and size should I send?
The acceptable file types are JPEG, TIFF, TGA, BMP and PSD. The file
should be at about 300 dpi.
07 Q. How do I send the photo or photo CD in the
mail?
A.) Remove the photo from any glass frame...
B.) Place the photo between two pieces of cardboard or like material that
is cut a little larger then size of the photo.
C.) Place the photo (or photo's) in an envelope and write "DO NOT
BEND" on it.
08 Q. How do I pay?

b. - You can send a check or money order (via western union (from all
over the world) or via Money Gram (US ONLY) our address . It is necessary

09 Q. When do I pay?

10 Q. What if I am not happy with the results?
We offer an unconditional Money back guarantee. Restoring, colorizing
photographs are not exact sciences. What looks like a perfect photo to
one may not look the same to another! We understand this and if you are
